Bonjour!




Not continuing French in High school was a terrible mistake, even in Montreal it's difficult for me to get around! During elementary it was mandatory to learn french 8 years straight and in high school it was mandatory to take it on the first year and optional for the next 3 years. I hated learning french and hated going to french class so I never really paid any attention and only took it once for my first year of highschool. I thought that i'd have no use of it.

Paris is beautiful!!




On our first day we went to check in at Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel in the afternoon around 1pm, took a shower and headed to the mall called Les 4 Temps. We stayed there for a few hours looking around and honestly who really stays at the mall while touring Paris? I kind of felt like we were wasting alot of time and we didn't really get to see anything on that day but later that evening we went to watch Moulin Rouge which is a cabaret in Paris. The performances were great! We watched it at around 11:30pm and finished the show at 1am.


It was windy & very cold in Paris compared to the weather they were having in Rome, which gave us a little break away from the heat! The next day that's when we went to all the major attractions and on top of the Eiffel Tower.
On our third day we finally used our hop on hop off bus we got from our Paris Passlib's package and went around Paris because we were running out of time. Our time wasn't managed well but hopefully next year we will go back and enjoy Paris a little bit more!
